Policies...A few things you should know:

Comment on Color: Please note product description before purchasing your items. All photos of Maison Mutt™ products are as accurate to the color of the products as possible. However, the monitor you view these items on may vary from the true color to some slight degree. Although it would be rare to notice a discrepancy we feel it worth the mention.
Product: All pieces are created by hand so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.
Payments: Payments are accepted via PayPal. Don't have a PayPal account? You don't need one...If you would like to use your credit card or debit card, just select PayPal as your payment method, then find the option to pay by credit or debit card, no account needed.
Shipping: Most items ship within 5-7 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx, the choice is yours. Be aware that items are shipped to the shipping address provided and not to the PayPal address. Be sure to note if you want your order sent to a different address. Custom orders may require added time.
Returns/Exchanges:
Bandannas/Collars/Oui Oui™ Wraps: We realize that sizing can be challenging...Returns aren't possible BUT we will offer one FREE size exchange on REGULAR priced merchandise. One (1) sizing exchange is allowed per item. Seasonal, limited edition, and sale items are FINAL sales (no exchange/return). Measure, measure, measure it's so very important!
Pets should always be properly supervised when wearing bandannas, collars or Oui Oui™ Wraps. Please, never leave your pet unattended while in apparel, and make sure not to leave apparel in a place where it may be ingested. It is the pet owner's sole responsibility to use Maison Mutts™ products responsibly and safely.
Bedding: Due to strict health regulations returns cannot be accepted on bedding.
Construction Defect: If you encounter a problem with the construction of your product, please email: info@maisonmutt.com for exchange authorization. *Qualified exchanges will be considered up to 5 days after delivery. Items sent for exchange must be in original condition (unworn except for initial try-on, unwashed, sent back in their original packaging with hang tag attached and resalable). Exchanges are made only once the item has been received, inspected & approved. Please remember shipping fees are not reimbursed. No COD exchanges will be accepted.
Safety:
Collars/charms...
No collar is indestructible, please check your dog's collar frequently for wear and tear and replace when necessary. After purchase, the use of this collar is the customer's sole responsibility. Each consumer is responsible for testing and determining the suitability of these products for their individual pet. Always use common sense when restraining your pet.
Bedding...
Fabric isn’t indestructible. If your dog can chew (and enjoy) a rawhide bone, they can certainly carve through fabric. If you have a pet that likes to chew… be sure they are properly supervised and make sure not to leave bedding in a place where it may be ingested. It is the pet owner's sole responsibility to use Maison Mutts™ products responsibly and safely.
